Woodside Farmhouse is a modern villa beautifully situated in high open countryside above the Moray Firth, which from its elevated position enjoys magnificent panoramic views over the mountains of Strathconon, the City of Inverness and the Kessock Bridge, the vast bulk of Ben Wyvis, and the rolling hills of The Black Isle. The house has attractive gardens and a large private car park.

Margaret and Hamish MacLean offer a warm Highland welcome to all their guests.
Hamish competes with his Border Collies at national and international trials, and guests can enjoy seeing demonstrations on the farm of his dog handling skills.

Only 2 miles away along the B9006 lies the famous Culloden Battlefield, whilst further afield Cawdor and Brodie Castles, Fort George and the seaside resort of Nairn are within a short drive. Woodside Farmhouse thus forms an outstanding base from which to explore Loch Ness, Aviemore and the Cairngorms, the North West Highlands, the delightful East Coast and the world's only Whisky Trail. |
