We offer a high standard of comfortable and clean accommodation. We have 2 ensuite bedrooms for guests: 1 double & 1 twin. Both bedrooms have hairdryer, hostess tray, radio/clock/alarm, and a detailed information folder on what to explore while in Edinburgh. |

Breakfast between 8am and 9am has a varied menu including: juices, fresh fruit, cereals, porridge, home-made jams, marmalade, kippers, smoked haddock, scrambled egg with smoked salmon, or a traditional full cooked Scottish breakfast. We also have toast, croissants, muffins and home-made bread. For those who prefer a lighter breakfast, we offer cold meats and cheese. For early starts, order a Continental breakfast. Vegetarians catered for. |

The house has central heating throughout and a comfortable lounge with TV. PRICES: From £25 - £30 per person per night. Please note that we don't accept children under 12.
For evening meals, there are several good restaurants within walking distance. |
